Let's keep our beer and our businesses as local as possible. No to out of town developers and mega corporations!

AB needs security, parking and security plans to be reviewed by residents before approval. Otherwise, it's (poor) zoning as usual. Thank you!

We truly do not need/want this business in the area. Too big, not local, no parking, more alcohol , potentially more crime & DUIs.

How many beer gardens does this neighborhood need?! A community garden, not owned by a major corporation, would be highly preferred... We already have locally owned Hog's Apothecary and Temescal Brewing, and there's a sign where the barber on Telegraph and 50th is saying there's another beer garden going there. Can't we be more creative with our gathering spaces?

What makes this area attractive to people are the local businesses. Not sure AB is helpful to this growing community. How about a nursery, preschool, cooperative business, gallery, outdoor lunch dinner spot not focused on beer?

I absolutely will NOT tolerate an AB/InBev facility in my neighborhood.
I despise this company. It kills local companies. Kills jobs. Ruins beer. They are a horrible corporate citizen. They don't care about Oakland and I do not want this company or any affiliates in my city. STAY OUT OF TEMESCAL!

I don't want even more drunks around here. We have occasional problems with this, but with this "new business idea" it will get worse! Also, parking is constricted enough at present. Nein beirkarten!

I am entirely opposed to this business coming into our neighborhood. We need more diversity of businesses that serve the residents of the community.

We have a nice quiet family neighborhood, not appropriate for patio bars.

As someone who lives in the area, I am concerned with noise, a lack of parking, and increased litter. I would not like to see this added to the neighborhood.

City of Oakland please hold a meeting. The plans do not address noise abatement. The Case File does not show a difficulty or unnecessary hardship. No parking variance should be granted.

I oppose this plan - please do not allow yet another business, with no parking spaces, to be built in our neighborhood.

Is Oakland serious? Mediocre beer giant near a high school, residential community and a retirement home? No thanks!! This should be in an industrial park where noise, drunk sports fans and vomit belong.
