I would endorse having Joe return.

Joe was Hasentree's best asset and felt like a member of our family. We were very upset to learn of his termination and think it's an enormous loss for the community. Joe always went above and beyond to keep us safe, protect our quality of life & maintain Hasentree's great reputation. I don't want to picture our community without him.

Joe has been quite an asset to Hasentree. My family & friends have all commented on how nice and friendly he is. That makes them feel welcome. I see him patrolling often & let him know when we will be out of town. He has acted on behalf of Hasentree in various situations even when I am sure it does not fall under his job description, however, it seems Joe has been the only "go to" person available at Hasentree many times.

Bring Joe back. Joe was the only good decision I have experienced from Toll.

He always took time to ask questions, and was genuinely interested in what was going on. His attention to details kept security a priority.

When entering Hasentree it was truly a delight to stop and and be greeted by Mr. Joe. He was intrinsic to the fabric of the neighborhood. He made Hasentree a safe and family friendly place.

Joe was the spirit of our neighborhood. In a way, he connected us all and made us feel like a close community. Many of us feel his loss.

The decision to fire Joe Battle is absolutely ridiculous and unfounded. He was a superb employee, brand ambassador for Toll and Hasentree. As a resident, I am willing to do whatever it takes to get him back on the job where he wants to be and rightly belongs. We residents will not back down until Toll fixes this bungled management decision and brings Joe back!

We need Joe in Hasentree! He not only truly cares about the residents, he makes sure he knows what's going on to keep us all safe. Without him, it will be interesting to see how many more issues have to go to TB management. He's the glue that keeps the place going, and he's able to solve problems, which is good for residents and management. An outside security company doesn't have the knowledge or desire to actually get things done, and no amount of training will get someone else "up to speed". He's one of a kind!

I considered Joe Battle to be part of the fabric of the Hasentree Community. He had a great attitude and was very friendly. He made an effort to know the people of this community which contributed to making our families and homes much safer. Please reconsider your decision and hire Joe back.

Bring our beloved guard, Joe Battle, back. Hasentree will never be the same without him. We are all extremely angry that Toll Bros. and PPM took this action without considering the concerns of the Hasentree residents.

Someone like Joe can't be replaced. He is the "feel good" feeling you get when you enter the gate. He is the positive person you want to see at the start and end of your day. Bring Joe Back to Hasentree!!!

Joe always greeted me and my family with a smile and a thumbs up. I want him back at the gate and patrolling the neighborhood. He made it a joy to come home. He genuinely cares about US, the residents of Hasentree.

I, like everyone else, was shocked to find out that Joe Battle has been released from his "home" at Hasentree. He was one of the truly bright spots in my day as I entered through the gates-turning any ordinary day into a pleasant one with a wave, a smile or a question about how I was doing. I always counted on his exuberant attitude and earnest concern about me and the safety for my dogs as I walked them in the street in front of my house. He actually cared about all things Hasentree and was an exemplary role model for our community. He absolutely needs to be back at the gate-are you listening Toll Brothers?
