He ALWAYS emphasized to let him know if there was ANYTHING he could do to help, any concerns, and exuded much care and thoughtfulness ! His positive energy and presence was the heart of Hasentree!

Anyone who has ever entered the gate & saw his infectious smile will tell you that Joe was more than just a staff member, he was like family to many of us. Please reconsider this decision Toll Brothers! Joe Battle is what makes Hasentree such a special place to live! He has the uncanny ability to really know us from the early days of looking at the neighborhood, to building our new home to moving in and then as we become part of the community. He really sold us on Hasentree and was the best ambassador for Toll Brothers! He is an extremely valuable asset as no one I have ever met has the attributes he possesses! Joe is special to all those people he meets! I always felt secure because I knew Joe would watch over our home! He cared and for me and my family we are just heart broken to believe that Joe will no longer be a part of this community! I beg whoever is reading that petition from Toll that you reconsider- Please, bring Joe back to Hasentree- it just isn't the same without him!!!

Where to begin about Joe? We'll for starters he did his job and did it well. But who he is is so much more than that. He is a listener and he is someone who can make your horrible day good again. He is always spreading around his happy cheer always speaking so highly of Hasentree it's amenities but most importantly it's people. He took his job above and beyond every expectation the residents could ask for and that in itself says quite a bit. He did not deserve this at all and we want him back as there is no other!

Joe treated every day like it was his first day on the job.... Excited, happy, and kind to everyone he made eye contact with. I can't for the life of me wrap my arms around anything he could have done to jeopardize his job. He loved it and it showed. Bring him back.

He is a kind and honest person who I feel is truly genuine. He always had a smile on his face, made time to postively engage me and my family and listen to me if I had any concerns. He took his job seriously and was very measured in the decisions he made. He did not take his job lightly or for granted. I felt secure was Joe was on patrol. Joe is Hasentree. We have called Joe when we were out of town if we had a concern. We know when we call him that he cares enough that he will follow through on our concern. He is one of the faces that makes this place feel like home. Joe's departure would be a true loss to our community.
