She is just wonderful and always gets my packages out on time. Nobody else there is as helpful.
PLEASE keep her. Going there is such a headache lately but she always fixes whatever mess I have and does it with a smile.
The service at this branch is already bad enough. Moving Helen would be a huge mistake.
she knows what shes doing. get rid of the managers instead.
Helen is the only reason the line moves at all. She is the best worker there hands down.

Never had a bad experience with Helen even when the lobby is packed and everyone is crabby. She deserves to stay!!!
