Our club's name is Gloucestershire County Cricket Club and there's a clue there: County. The club has members and fans across Gloucestershire and beyond and most of us - including Bristolians - would feel no affiliation to a club called Bristol. If the club does this then it loses many of us, not just for T20 but full stop.

This proposed name change should never be allowed to happen. It has always been Gloucestershire and cannot be anything else.

We are associated with Gloucestershire and the ground just happens to be in Bristol.
Please don't copy Warwickshire where I don't think their change to Birmingham is really appreciated.

I completely agree with you. I travel all the way to Bristol to volunteer because it is GLoucestershire.
