This Petition is to get the attention and seek restitution for service NOT rendered by Global Credit Recovery.

GCR has: Misappropriated Funds, Deleted good credit/trade lines of reports without consequences, Been verbally short/rude, and/or absent when needed for updates and questions. Has told you the client that they would return their call yet, decided not to call back as promised on repeated occasions. GCR has worked on client credit file and has exceed 60 days (In breach of Guarantee per their Video Promise). Promise that they would get items off your credit (per the video) and did not. GCR did not finish clients profile and sought to charge client for items GCR should have removed within the 60 day promise/guarantee, in effect (client can not buy their new home).
