This is crazy! Of course you should be able to play sports on your own property!

Why is the town preventing a sense of community and positive actions on the part of people? It's THEIR land - let them have their ball games.

It's a small group having fun in their own yard which has plenty of room. If they remain respectful to their neighbors, (not turning it in to a drinking party, and where cars are parked, etc. , )let them have their game. It's a lot better then people who have weekly fires in their backyard and drinking !!!

This is a small riffle ball game on a private property. If the intention is to grow into a large sporting event, then yes, I can see the need for regulation. A single complaint in a town should be supported by a petition such as this to make a claim of shutting down the operation.

I say if No one is being hurt or inconvenienced they should let them play. Some of my favorite memories are playing outside around town.

Thee is no harm in a friendly game of Wiffle ball on one's own property away from other neighbors. Please allow this Waiver.

It's rediculous for this family not to be able to use their own backyard for whiffle ball. Would it be better for the kids to sit in the house and play video games? Let's use some common sense here.
