This wiffle ball field is nowhere near neighbors and should not, therefore cause a disturbance. You want to preserve a country feeling? Then let them play! In country towns of the past, people could play in any field availabe, whether it was a scheduled event or not. Please preserve the old country freedom to have fun where convenient!

This type of activity builds community and is beneficial to any neighborhood. Also, a town has no right to stop someone from having friends over to play on their own land.

Are there any laws prohibiting more than 3 persons from gathering in private property. Think the battle is in the law. Go play wiffleball !!!
