What a sad day when folks can't play ball in their own back yard. It seems like a community building activity. Healthy happy times for all involved. I hope you will allow them to play!

Sounds worse than The BurgerMeister in Santa Claus is Coming to Town. No recreational fun? I'm sure playing baseball is really bothering neighbors that live 10 acres away. Loosen up, people. #PlayBall.

The Town of Glenville should support any facility that encourages kids to participate in a sport and keep them occupied so they don't look for trouble. My sons have played wiffle ball in his Glenville yard when they were in their teens and it was always a good experience.

Chris Hess is the most responsible individual who could ever have a wiffleball stadium in his back yard. He is the original leader of wiffleball in upstate NY.

Requiring a home owner to get a permit to play a game with friends just because he's organized. Wow. It's his land, as long as they aren't hurting or disrupting anyone let it be.
