My brother, Glenn Phillips, has lost his rights to be around children under the age of 18 besides his own. This takes away family holidays and celebrations. We just want to be able to have him at family functions. He has to be supervised at all times anyway. Why not allow him to be with his family? The state has taken his rights of hunting and possibly fishing. He has to be able to do something.
