2012/2013 Goldwing Hesitation Problem

Bought my F6B 2013 new. Always had hesitation as described. Not worst today than it was in the first days ! (I live in Quebec, Canada)

2013 started hesitating bout 6mos ago. Dangerous at times but cautious about it when first starting out.

I have 2014 GL1800 with aprox 27,000 mi and starting to experience the hesitation more and more. Worse at cold start up but still present after starting when the bike is warm.

Serious hesitation between 1500 and 2000 rpm. Several instances of oncoming traffic swerving or braking hard to let me move forward after stall. He's completely shut off on several occasions

12/08/2016 have been this issue for as long as I have owned it. I asked today about it. No fix at present but they are going to make some phone calls.

I got a 2012 last year and it has the hesitation when cold. Runs fine when warm but can be a problem if slow when it is cold. I have found no fix.

I just traded my 06 for a 2016 ABS Goldwing, I did not know of the problem, but it looks like Honda is not owning up to the problem if its been around for 4yrs.

only happens during the warm up period. Usually after 5 or 6 blocks then goes away when engine is warm.

Hesitates at low speeds even after warm up!

I have a 2014 GL1800 and have had this issue since new. It's not in the shop for the fourth time for the cold stumble and Honda acts like they've never seen the problem before. They are also trying to start over with everything they have tried in the past. I've lost over 10 weeks of using my bike with this issue. The good news; the service manager can now create the issue every time he rides my bike. (He now rides it more than I do.) He also rode other bikes they had in the shop and can't get them to hesitate like mine does. This situation is extremely dangerous when maneuvering at slow speeds with a passenger. I've almost dumped it a number of times and I popped a wheelie with my wife on the back the very first time it happened to me.

Experiencing hesitation problem with my 2015.

Bought a used 2012 from a large used bike dealer. Didn't no anything about this issue until I started looking for internet answers. Sure wish Honda would stand up for what "used" to be only known for it's 'highest' quality bike. Quality definition getting tarnished quickly with so many having this hesitation issue. I have it at all speeds when I'm not pouring on the throttle.

I have a 2013 F6B with 7,000 miles on it. Mine looses power and experiences hesitation. It worries me because it is not just me. My wife is on the back also.

2013 with 5000 miles. Cold hesitation that throws you if your not prepared for it. goes away when fully warm.

I have a 2012 with 4000 miles that does this. It goes away once fully warmed up. I think it's very dangerous when cold if not expecting it. bike is 2.5 years old.
