I have a 2009 goldwing with this same issue. Actually caused me to drop the bike while turning right onto a busy road. Thank God no one was coming.

I have this issue with my 2012 Goldwing and feel it is a safety concern that Honda MUST address.

The hesitation happens after the bike is stopped for a few minutes and then you start to go. This is very dangerous if you are turning or pulling out in traffic. The Goldwings are not new to me as I have been riding them sence 1975.

OVERALL A GREAT BIKE ! BUT PLEASE REMEMBER TO NOT PULL OUT INTO TRAFFIC AS YOU MAY GET REARENDED WITH THIS PROBLEM ,EVEN WITH A WARM RESTART!
