He's deserves a second chance. He is doing his best to be a respectable adult. Please reconsider and let Vinny continue on this path he has made for himself by doing the right things in life.

Vinny is doing such a great job. He is working, going to school and holding a 3.7 GPA and all top of all that is always there for his fiance, his family and his friends. He has really changed his life around unlike so people out there. Vinny actually cares and has learned from his mistakes in the past and his bettering his future for his self and his fiance. PLEASE DON'T SEND HIM AWAY.

I am Vincent's mother. I am very proud of Vincent for keeping his job, going to college, and his accomplishments. Please don't send him to prison. Those charges were not from doing a crime or intentional on his part. He was at work, doing what his boss asked him to do. The second charge was a one time mistake. The device was new. Please keep him out of prison. I need Vinny.

All this 2 years I've known vinny he showed me the great guy he is.. all the effort he is putting in his job specially his school..he has done everything ,they've asked him to do.. he should deserve to get another chance.. love you vinny

I worked with Vincent for a short time at papa johns and during that time at no point did I feel he was a violent person or a bad person. He was always very kind and honestly sounds like he is trying to turn his life around...the point of the justice system is to reform is it not?

i ge up with vinny and the man has changed a lot since we were teens!all this is is a mistake that is dragging him down!hes not a bad guy hes just made some bad decisions in his life,but honestly who hasn't.i belive if you gave him a real chance to succed in life he would,please give him another chance!
