Give us the M&S Chairs we paid for!

I had a confirmation email. They took the money therefore that is an agree and it is now my property! I dont want a refund I want my two chairs that I order whilst they were in sale and on sale for £0.50!

First said a glitch on the price so the order is cancelled ..... On second mail you say it is out of stock hence the order is cancelled But it is selling on your website order as many as I like ... I need the chairs I have paid hence the money taken out .... M&S you guys have disappointing customer service we will go till the end .

Breaking retail law left right & centre and repeatedly lying. They will regret this is they don't honour the sales and give us our chairs!

the chairs were on the website on the 22nd december 2013 for 50p aswwll. why wasbit notntaken down before 8th january 2014

"I would like to assure you that no payment has been taken and you have not been charged. We have amended your order history to remove these unavailable items. Any remaining items on your order can be viewed by accessing your account." - The transaction did go through and you still have the money of all us people. You're thieves as well as liars, the jokes are over and people are angry.

Just had the same phone call asking if i have proof of item being despatched I told them i have a srceen shot saying despatched on 8th jan Was told they will phone back today with a conclusion on the matter
