We need more railways and less traffic on the roads, it is so good for the environment.

Given the difficulties the Scottish Government is presently facing and the possibility of Independence, we need a fit for purpose infrastructure to grow our economy.

I would love to see this new section of railway in Dumfries and Galloway as it will give jobs and help our economy.

I pay around £400 per month for the pleasure of spending nearly 4 hours per day on a train between Dumfries and Glasgow. This would improve my life and the lives of many other people in the south of Scotland significantly.

I wish your campaign every success.
The SOS campaign has over ten thousand signatures on paper and online. Yet Dumfries and Galloway Democratic council are still ignoring all of the people and continuing to push ahead with their untried and unwanted earth banking grand flood prevention design. I hope you reach your target figures and I hope that the people you present It to are democratic.

We need this link. I just completed a train journey where my fellow Glasgow passengers were home before I was. Dumfrirs need better links and more trains on a Sunday.
