The university cannot cancel our recess because of the protests. I am among many students who have flights booked and plans for the holidays that I am unable to change. We have to resist the suspension of our holidays as a whole, or the university needs to cover the costs incurred by their decision.

This is outrageous. We did not ask for the strikes to happen, and we are more than happy to attend class. We already made plans, and the university cannot simply change their plans without taking the students into account.

I too don't think it's fair for our holiday to be taken away, I've reserved that week for studying purposes and getting ready for exams and this is extremely inconvenient

This is unacceptable!!! We have test week just after recess. The recess is there to study, now there will be class...!? Rather take action against the people who started this than making decisions like this, that affects everyone else!!
