University of Pretoria - Give Us Back Our October Recess

We have already booked holidays and that week is our only break all semester

I'm a have a practical during recess

Please bring back our recess

Recess is used for much needed preparation for final year exams

It is not fair to students who went to class and didn't take part!! We have booked holidays and payed in advance. This isn't right!!

We deserve our rest.

It is unacceptable that the University of Pretoria refuses to take action against the students disrupting class and then wants to take away all of the student's recess!

For as long as it doesn't affect the final exams,Some of us already have plans

I have booked flights to see family in Greece. Under such short notice, this is really unacceptable.

I really need this recess as a break from studying.its not very ideal to attend even during holidays

Already have R2000 worth of plane tickets booked, there is no way I am loosing that money!!

My sister has planned her wedding specifically over the week of my recess! Her fiancé and her have flown out from the U.K. and arranged it during a time that I would be on holiday!

Absolute nonsense. Will I get reimbursed for the bus ticket that I bought to go home?? I think not. This is a cause that Im willing to protest for. Thanks bye
