We did not cause any of the disturbances, we should not be punished for something we did not cause!

I already have flights booked for the October recess? The university needs to be more aware in what is going on in the country. If one university starts to protest then obviously the other universities are going to join in to help fight the cause. Necessary precautions as well as consequences need to be enforced so that this does not happen again.

Most of us did not strike and so we should not be punished for the acts of those who did. Many students live far away and recess plans have already been made - it might be the only opportunity for some students to see their families other than the main holidays

Disrupting class is not something i can condone but it is unfair on us to do this although the university is in a difficult position more could have been done about this then has been done.
