They started to launch the mentioned game with programming errors for XBOX1 and PS4 without repairing and in the PC still has errors and nor had the consent of evaluating a projection of repair or closing of the same until it is solved completely. Unacceptable to the displeasure that this team made with the people knowing of the error of the game.

I was not banned, by sheer luck, maybe. But with most of my guild banned, i can't have fun as i should. Cryptic's heavy hand and PR incompetence led to this disaster.

I am NOT OF THE BAND! However i recognize that o could have been. Now I'm forced to play without my friends and have even lost my guild to this. I have Been paying and playing Neverwinter for 2 years. Fix this or I will never play again.

I feel that players who were part of a hunt and didnt realize they were doing a glitch ahould lose what they gained from the glitch but should not be suspended nor banned. I also feel that it is going to seriously hurt the game if all of the experienced players perma banned.

je n'ai plus envie de jouer à un jeu ou le joueur se fait avoir en permanence (nerf des perso / maintenance à répétition / lag etc......)

Permanent bans are a total joke and the trust players had is long gone. As a player who has spent over $2000, not only can I never again bring myself to invest another dollar in your game but I feel its imperative to warn as many people as I can to stay away.
PWE, Lifting the bans would be the first step of many in reconciliation with your players

Some were even banned who didn't even have access to the zone that the had the exploit so could not have used it.

NW has been uninstalled. I will consider returning to the game when FNHUSA57’s ban is rescinded. I have many other choices with MMORPGS in which to invest time and money.
