I am new to Neverwinter & was having fun. However now overnight most of my friends are gone, ether temp or permanently banned. As this glitch was in the game for many months, it looks like ARC games / Cryptic targeted with intend to entrap there most active players. I will not spend money or time on any ARC games product till these unethical & unfair actions are fixed! #freetheplayers

Whilst the players banned did use an exploit, it was an exploit that had existed in the game for a long time across platform releases. To leave an exploit unchecked for so long means the Devs are complicit in the scale of the problem. Punish players with suspensions and AD clawbacks by all means, but perma bans were completely uncalled for and over the top. Please revoke the bans ASAP.

I was thinking of starting Neverwinter. However after seeing this why should I spend my time & money just to have it stolen from me? #freetheplayers

While I did not personally participate in the glitch hunts, and while I do agree that what they did was wrong, I also agree that in most instances, the punishment did not fit the crime. They deserve temp bans, but most do not deserve a perm ban.

Don't do this. You'll lose what's left of your player base.

Do the right thing Arc. We, the players, need our streamers back. We need the experienced players back to help us.

Alot of these players have played legitiment for over a year and have worked hard spending lots of money on neverwinter. They are also very knowledgable and can help the newer people or people like myself who may just not understand the dynamics of a class or spell rotation and why it works. Taking away these players hurts not only the game but the community in the game

Lots of my NW friend got perma ban with this expoit. I love to play with them ingame just like a family ingame. Thats why i sign on this petition to help them bring back thier acount that they have been working hard for many years. Its hard to feel that all that effort that they made will lost at instant without a propper diciplinary action.. thanks in advance. @oxreburnxo

Remove game currency or stats or something to ensure people get the message that this exploit shouldn’t pay. Don’t remove key people from the player base. Some people that have been banned used to train new players once or twice a week. It’s a big loss to the game.
Don't permaban our co-players please!
