The exploit was known before hand. Sure you took their ad away. You punished them but please stop pushing more people out of this game before you kill it. BTW this is from a player that never glitched and still thinks that the perma band are too much.

Very unfair banning system. So many good, loyal, long term players gone. Seemingly randomly selected, the punishments were apparently all rng based because people who exploited way more than average are still playing and average exploiters gone.

Banning is extreme. Yes I believe that thise did break terms of service, however banning should be the absolute last resort. People have spent countless hours upon hours enjoying your game. Grinding everything out to the max and people have even spent real world money from their own pay cheques!

Check the streams and you will see you have banned these guys in error, do the right thing. FNHUSA57 has helped me on many occasions with his videos and now you have put a stop to it

We need to ban together to avoid the incoming nerfs / crafting changes as well. Can you please create a petition for that.

Fnhusa57 is an amazing fellow youtuber who after 4 years hard work and support of neverwinter got banned this is wrong on many levels as he has given tons free publicity over 4 years as well as helped many players across all platforms . perfect world are taking away any earning he gets from youtube videos as well as taking away a leading player in our community we need him back to bring stability to the game i have messaged both julia and thomas but so far to no joy . i love this game myself 3 years playtime and 5k real money but treating fnhusa57 this way i dont think i can continue playing unless they unban him . i know many who did ghunts got millions got banned and are back . so why make an example of a guy who is the best most classy example of a streamer fnhusa57 i truly hope signing this helps im someway to get him back as i tweet many of my twitter followers daily . thousands of my followers are seeing this daily it cant be good for perfect world all the bad press which i will add i dont want for them we just want fnhusa57 back in game

Good afternoon gentlemen responsible for the game of neverwinter.
you will use of faith with all the players sweating a tactic of stupidity from you with a bug that you already had
and they did not do anything to fix the bug until it seems that you do not play the games you did.
give them back access to the game
We can accept bans but never a perma ban!
