This is a no-brainer. The County is essentially refusing more tax revenue. GET ON BOARD ALREADY! YOU’RE MAKING A MOCKERY OF STATE LAWS.

Conversion of this license will allow Sofa King to continue to be a valuable, tax paying member of the local business community

I believe granting a recreational license to Sofa King Medicinal would be beneficial to the local community, as well as for tourists.

The County would only profit from this family owned business being allowed to sell retail products. The fact that there are already stores here in this county doesn't make any sense, legally or morally, this is a gross infraction of social equity.

Hi all,
I'm 58 years old and would love it if I could purchase Recreational Marijuana at the Sofa King Store in r Dumont. I travel west from Evergreen to purchase products and this would make life easier for myself if I could buy recreationally.
Thank you for your consideration of this petition.

No country official should oppose any business within Clear Creek County the opportunity to expand their enterprize, and thereby contribute more to the county tax-base. In addition, expansion will stimulate job growth and community-based employment opportunities.
Lastly, all the dispensaries are in one area anyway....give them all the same opportunities to thrive.
