We are a military family that moved here last summer from North Carolina. No one could have predicted this virus but the way the Governor has handled it is shameful. I know he is very unpopular for other reason but his handling of this pandemic should wake up Virginians. I fill sorry for all that live in this beautiful state with a liberal puppet as governor. Please do the right thing and send kids back to school. They are not learning at home. We are going to see this impact for decades.

I am a former, Honorably Discharged, United States Marine. Our children need the structure and scocial interaction than can only be provided though attending school in the traditional way. We moved to the state and chose our county based on the curriculum and school system. Our displeasure at your decision to hamstring our children, teachers and Law Enforcement will be heard at the ballot box.
Open School, keep Police in the schools.

Not allowing the kids to return fully to school is a total disservice to their education, mental, social and emotional state. Children need social interactions and to learn to respect teachers, administrators and police. They can not get this behind a screen. The concern should be on the mental well being of children more so than a virus that minimally affects children. I would be happy to sign a waiver to allow my child to go back to school full time.

Please allow all sports to resume this fall. Some of these student athletes have so much at stake. They need to continue in their sports/talents that they’ve been given!
