There needs to be a valid reason she was fired, if you can’t give a valid reason then give her job back to her, after all you all work for us, the people of Malvern. If you can’t address this then maybe in the next election we can take care of the people who fired her and who continue to make decisions based on the agendas of the minority and not the majority.

I’m definitely signing this petition! I’ve personally worked with Paulette in the past and watched her give not just 100% but above and beyond that. She has an infectious smile and being about herself and always strives to be a team player as well. I was so excited to see how much she loved her job! She in her own personal time would try and help the animals as well while she was employed with you. If that’s not an upstanding employee I don’t know what is. I don’t live in Malvern but I definitely believe you are loosing out letting a person like her go. She obviously made a huge impact on the community there and wow that should be enough in itself. I told Paulette God has something great in store for her either way and I truly believe that. I hope you’ll take everyone’s thoughts into consideration.

Paulette is a friend of mine she took a shelter in Malvern Ark. and made it something busted her butt to do so !! Gave her whole heart for the fur babies and the community such an awesome loving lady !! Was always tryin to make the shelter better !! It is very wrong that someone has given her job to someone else !! Paulette needs an apology from people and her job back !! GOD don’t like it when people do other people wrong and treat them like they are nobody !! We r all the same in GOD’s eyes no body better than anyone else !!

Paulette has done a great JOB at the Malvern Animal Shelter. She has brought the town and the community together for the fur babies. She has Gotten the Shelter back on the right track.
