Give Officer Ben Fields a Promotion

Officer Ben Fields is currently being investigated for the acts he committed on the 26th of October. The video shows Fields attempting to subdue a violent female, during this, the video clearly shows the young woman throwing several punches at Officer Fields. The liberal community has again went ballistic over something that is clearly justifiable. The fact that Fields is under investigation just because liberals got their feelings hurt, means that Fields should be given a promotion for having to deal with such immaturity.

Save Ben's job. He did his job as we expected him to. He has a duty as an officer to uphold, defend, and enforce the law. To walk away would have been a dereliction of duty.
All I can say is multiple people ( the school teacher, the school administrator, and officer Fields) asked the student to leave. The student refused all of them and was warned what would happen. She got what was necessary to get her out of her chair, most people don't point out how she was holding on to the chair at the beginning. Not all situations are covered like in training on how to handle this situation but I see that he did what he needed to do to remove a student that would not comply with the school rules and school authority's and the officer. In the end Fields did his job with necessary actions and prevented any other students getting hurt and got her out of the class room. It was very simple for the student to get up and leave when told once, twice, and third was the limit. I feel Fields controlled the situation the best he could under the circumstances and should not be turned into a media frenzy that ends up getting him fired cause its easier to not start a racial headline when this had nothing to do with race. Now a good cop that came to help cause he was called to get a student out that refused to leave is fired. Now guess what the student wants a pay day, lets put a cast on her, a neck brace and see how much we can get her. What kind of scum gets a cop fired for doing his job and then what's a pay day for her mistakes in the whole thing.
I would not have what it takes to do his job I commend him
were is the petition to have the parent make kid responsible for her actions
Shame of you for firing him. I support what he did - HIS JOB. Give him his job back with all attorney fees reimbursed and a raise.
I support you! You did what you had to do.. she was disrespectful and belligerent. if she isn't being taught how to respect teachers, officers, then this is what happens!

Again we have a police officer doing his job and then losing it because of an unruly person. If this child had parents that had taught her respect for authority this would not be an issue. I think this is wrong that he lost his job even the adults didn't think it was to rough. t The video only shows partial angles. Shame on his firing.
