I have a 12 year old son that was taking away from his mother. His mother was on meth real bad. And in a abusive marriage. She got him taking away by the State Of Indiana. In Orange County. I was not notified about my son being taking away until a week after. The day of the hearing for placement. I was at work and I would not have been able to make it to the court in time. I lived in Louisville Ky at the time. I have all the court documents saying that i was not involved with him being taking away. I also have documents from my son who wants to live with me. His mother gave her rights up on three kids. I get my rights taking away. He is placed with a step grandfather on his mother's side. They are keeping me from my son. But she can see him anytime she wants to. But they tell me i have no rights. I did my appeal process but I am at a dead end with this. I do not want to give up on my son.

Give him half parental rights it two to bring that child into the world! I will vouch for Sean He deserves a chance to be a Father!
Please give Sean custody of his son whom he loves so dearly. Sean's son should be with him, he wants to be with his dad and there is no reason he shouldn't be. Sean is a good man's a hard working man and a loving father who wants his son. Father's rights is a law in Illionis and should be in Indiana as well. Please do the right thing.

How can you take someone's rights away if they wasn't involved on why the child was being taking away from the other parent? Clearly that means this guy is was doing right and the mother was doing wrong! You guys need to give this guy back his rights and give him his kid. A step grandfather isn't the same as a father nor is it the same as a blood relative........
