It's simple. Karlos is the most deserving out of the ACSC conference of the coveted number 69 bib. After dedicating the last 4 years to the USCSA and ACSC conference he came close his sophmore year, being awarded bib number 68, although hilarious. Wasn't quite fulfilling. If you agree he should be bestowed with the honor of this ceremonial bib, stand up the the Tyrant Ben Andes and sign this petition. Allowing Karlos to emblazon his chest with the red 69.
