This will cause waterfront property values to decline even more then our unfair and high property tax bills.

This is the first I have heard of this change to the rivers use. I am a barefoot skier and own property on the river. I am against any changes to the rivers speed restrictions.

I agree the current system works. I can paddle board in morning no problem and power boat later in day. Usually weekdays is safe for all at the same time. Sundays afternoons can be a bit crowded and best be on a boat or close to shore if on a kayak. If this goes through we need to:
1. 100% don't pay Fox Waterway Fees for 2019. Money talks.
2. Vote out politicians in each village or board who support eco tourist over their citizens. And I am pro ecotourist! They just need to come at the right times. Mornings and weekday evenings are peaceful!
3. I hate fighting as time and money is better spent building a solution, but this it a total blindside to us long time supporters of the river community. If push comes to shove we need to explore legal options - economic damages and class action. But let's try to work together first if they will give us a voice and truly consider our input.

Once again, the minority voice is heard over the majority voice. This would be a violation of our rights as boaters and homeowners that live on the water. Our property value would got down in value. Let them go to the upper river for their fun and do this to the owners there. For a change, look out for the lower river. We pay our taxes and permits just as do the lakes and upper river owner. You can also take your "Ecosystem" to the river below the Algonquin dam. THINK before you act!!!!

We've used this river since the 1950's with no problems with both canoes and power boats. Don't change things for the worse now! We need to use the whole river without new limitations no matter what we';e driving, riding, etc.

We live on the river because we love the boating! We enjoy watching the kayaks & canoes on calm mornings and equally enjoy watching families pulling tubes, water skiers, fishing boats and speedboats. I vote for mutual enjoyment for all boaters!

Very deceitful of the Fox Waterway Agency to sneak this by us boaters after all the fees we have paid to them through the years!!
