We should be able to wear leggings. Some of us have allergies and some of us just don't want to wear the same clothes 5 days a week, every week of the school year. None of us are in the wrong, we just think that we should have the freedom to be able to wear leggings to school as we please. I understand that there is a long process needed to change the dresscode, but maybe it would be worth it for the girls of SFMS.

I would like to be able to wear solid color black leggings. I have eczema and need to wear 100% cotton as much as possible, which the SFMS leggings are not.

Stop saying we are stuck up and want to wear lulu lemon leggings that’s is not the case we have to wear khakis when mms and spring branch don’t. They are very un comfy, they’re are other leggings that are very cheap that you can get.

No one said anything about wearing lululemon leggings or taking away the dress code we just want the option to be able to wear black or navy leggings so that we can be more comfortable.

and yeah, this school is diverese. and that's awesome. but to your point, people are already wearing the lululemons or whateve on free dress days. its not like they dont exist. and just because some people may want to wear their expensive leggings, that doesnt mean everyone does. there are actually cheap leggings that are more affordable and comfortable than sfms leggings.

all of you who are like "but yall are stuck up and want your lululemons" please just stop. the no logo rule is still in place. we're not asking to completely dismantle the dress code, just to be able to wear LEGGINGS when some of us don't have/want to waer khaki pants/shorts when t's too cold for shorts epecially.

instead of completely getting rid of any uniform bottoms for the girls, the school should offer financial aid. they are very comfortable leggings and the only real reason, other than being stuck up and stubborn, i see y’all saying is that they’re too expensive. the school should offer financial aid for someone on free or reduced lunch. free dress days are a privilege and that’s when you can wear whatever leggings you want. the uniform is in place for a reason and it’s barely even present anymore. i know this is what the girls want but you can survive. the three years of uniforms just makes the free dress at stratford more enjoyable.
