If the rules are followed, there shouldn't be any reason why people shouldn't be allowed to have chickens. We must get back to the basics; to re-learn the ways of the past for self sufficiency instead of relying on a system that can change in an instance--like it has with the COVID-19 virus...

YES YES YES! Just moving here from Laramie 2 months ago I was sad to find out I couldn't have chickens. They are truly a great asset to any family!

Hens provide food, eat bugs and give kids a chance to care for an animal other than a dog or cat. Hens are not noisy and very little smell. I would much rather my neighbors have hens than dogs.

Chickens serve a very useful purpose in society eating bugs (mosquitos) and killing snakes as well as the health benefits of fresh eggs and they develop a delightful society that’s fun to watch!
