As the long as they're properly taken care of, I think everyone should be allowed to have a few chickens.

Just need an agreement to say if they do t care for the chickens like dogs they need to be taken away

My only concern would be the cats roaming around every neighborhood! That's the real problem in Gillette

If these rules are followed, I don't see how chickens would be a nuisance to anyone. We have been wanting chickens for years!

Chickens are also Therapeutic. Good deal for no Roosters unless you are outside city limits. Chickens are good and can produce food and keep bugs away.

This is such a basic right. Being self sufficient in ANY way should be encouraged, not hindered. A few chickens isn’t going to hurt anything. They are great for the grass, great for big control and put food on the table. I’ve raised chickens for 16 years and they are the simplest form of easy food there is.
