Ironic that I have the option to be anonymous in the online signature list...

I love this! What a wonder it would be if "real People" participated in actual feedback that was productive, that made a difference, that could actually make a difference in other peoples lives for the positive! Moving forward with growth, prosperity and well-being for all! It can happen when we come out of the closet and participate with meaningful work and contributions!! Lets do this!

I really believe the responses to Tribune articles, op-eds and Letter to the Editor will be more civilized and reasonable if we do this.

None of these comments should be allowed to be anonymous. It creates to much controversy.

Absolutely! I have thought this for a long time - the comments are often misinformed, angry, and biased. Please, require people to identify themselves - I'm positive the tones in their responses will change when they are held accountable!

I agree that online comments should match print comments in transparency and real name requirements. The Tribune should not be a forum for anonymous hate.

People need to be willing to stand by what they say. If one cannot, then do not say it.

The GH tribune is more like a high school gossip column. When any significant event append there they cover it up instead o reporting it. I like the Muskegon chronicle.
