We, the residents of GHPOA, are against a mandatory, uniform mailbox policy. Furthermore, we are against the use of our dues or a special assessment to subsidize a mailbox program. We do agree to mailbox maintenance standards including recommended but NOT mandatory mailbox designs.

we are getting so near to 500 signatures and i want us to hit that mark before we present this to the board. please send the link to your neighbors so they know we dont want these mailbox costs coming out of our dues.

ive been hearing from so many neighbors who just want to keep their own mailboxes instead of paying for a forced upgrade. thanks for sending in your addresses because it really shows the board that we are organized and watching what they do with our dues.

1422 Oak Ridge. My mailbox is fine and I dont want to spend extra money just to make the street look like a cookie cutter subdivision.
Stop telling us what to do with our own property. This is ridiculous.
4109 Maple St. Really dont think the HOA needs to be this involved in our personal yard decor. Leave us alone.
Totally agree. If it aint broke dont fix it. Stop wasting our money.
Keep our dues for the pool and park maintenance not for new mailboxes that we dont need. 4501 Winding Way.

My husband just put this mailbox up two years ago. Not replacing it. 3822 Pinecrest.
