Many people want to see Ghirahim as a playable character in the next Super Smash Brothers installment for 3DS and Wii U - and why not? It's about time we saw a greater diversity of characters from the Zelda universe feature in the hit Nintendo all-star series rather than just Link, Zelda and Ganondorf. Furthermore, Ghirahim stars as a major antagonist in the recent gold-award-winning Skyward Sword - he isn't exactly a unknown character. He would be a very interesting character to use - his balance of swordmanship and long-range magic skills make him very versatile and highly suited to a Super Smash Brothers environment - and he would add a certain fabulous touch to the series that it lacked before. Let's see him in the next game!
The increase in support has reached a level where we can begin formal outreach to Nintendo developers. I am currently finalizing a letter that details the tactical breakdown of Ghirahim as a playable fighter for the next roster. Expect an update once there is a confirmed response from their regional office.
