I spent the morning replaying the original title and it is so clear how perfectly her hair whip and transformation dances belong on the Smash stage. The silence from the developers is frustrating but your continued engagement keeps me pushing forward for this half-genie hero.

Seeing this campaign pick up so much momentum makes me realize how many people truly adore our favorite half-genie hero. I grew up playing these games and knowing you all feel the same passion for her legacy is honestly overwhelming. We are proving that Shantae belongs in the spotlight alongside the greatest icons in gaming.

She would a fantastic addition to the game with her unique moveset.. They could even get some Wayforward costumes. Risky Boots Mii Swordfighter, Rottytops/Bolo Mii Brawler, Patricia Wagon Mii gunner.
Shantae got her start on the Game Boy Color. She has a history with Nintendo already, and would make for a colorful addition to the game. Maker her a DLC fighter, and you can have my wallet, my credit cards, and all of my life's earnings!
She would be an awesome character to play as in smash. Sakurai, make it possible. WayForward are Ret-2-Go with this as they willing to even help make her a playable character in your game. We, the fans, are completely supportive of this character making it into the game. Shantae's inclusion into the latest Super Smash Bros for Wii U/3DS would be the best fan service you could possibly do.
Shantae would be a brilliant character to have in the game. She would have a really creative moveset, if you bring all her games together. From Shantae, to Half Genie Hero, you can have a fantastic moveset. In my opinion she is Ret-2-Go in smash, we just gotta show Nintendo that we want her in the game.
I would adore her to be in this game. She fits perfectly, moveset for days ,so much potential. Her outfit is really cool and her hair whipping is so unique ,games barely do this. She is part of Nintendo and it will be a amazing way to promote her character and future games including the ones she has already. Please sakurai please make this happen. She will be LOADS OF FUN TO PLAY AS.

Shantae would make a great fighter consider her hair is both a range and out of range fighter. Her final smash could be belly dancing transformation into different animals to put the quick-and-easy or hard-as-a-rock pain to her foes
