Prior to the results of the Sacramento NAACP Election, during the October 2016 executive committee, it was voted to have the NAACP Swearing in Ceremony at the Centennial Dinner, a dinner where President Webb excluded our State President Alice Huffman and National Board member by not inviting her. It clearly appears that because the election did Not come out in his favor, President Webb has chosen to terminate the swearing portion of the program in less than 24 hours notice and ignore the vote of the executive committee. Many people have family and friends who traveled far to see them get sworn in, if you agree the vote should be honored please sign this petition

This is well deserving and the vote was done with fairness, equity and accurately!!

I hope this divide will not impact the Sacramento NAACP from being positive about our civil rights movement. We need to keep on pushing on !
