Prior to the results of the Sacramento NAACP Election, during the October 2016 executive committee, it was voted to have the NAACP Swearing in Ceremony at the Centennial Dinner, a dinner where President Webb excluded our State President Alice Huffman and National Board member by not inviting her. It clearly appears that because the election did Not come out in his favor, President Webb has chosen to terminate the swearing portion of the program in less than 24 hours notice and ignore the vote of the executive committee.
