He has made endless promises just before elections, and then promptly broken them. He has brought higher and higher taxes and more and more complex administration. The roads get more and more congested, even though there is less traffic. The Congestion Charge, his new tax on travel, is a wretched failure, with journeys no quicker, and air quality no better. It is a real burden on the lives of residents. His CON charge is causing many busineses to queue up to leave the area, while those that remain are blighted with the high costs and complex administration. Subsidies to buses go up and up, creating bus jams, while cars, vans and lorries are squeezed into less and less road space, with workers increasingly unable to earn a living. The Low Emission Zone is grossly excessive and will put up costs for everyone. It is time to say NO MORE, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
