I have been keeping a list of all the benefits a dog would bring to our home. My parents continue to observe the growing interest in this request. I am preparing a formal presentation to illustrate that I am ready for the responsibility.

The momentum behind this request has exceeded my initial expectations. Seeing so many people agree that a dog would be a positive addition to our home provides me with great encouragement.

If you promise that you will take care of your new partner and friend and provide him with a good life - you have my full support.
Dog means love and friendship but also it is a family member and a big responsibility. Some dogs need saving - save one (get a rescue) change their destiny and you can have my signature. Once you find your life friend, it would be great to share an update from time to time with your petition supporters on how your friendship develops and grows.
You have my support Michael. But, only on the basis that I can look after your dog 1 day a week and you look after Mrs T 1 day a week. Deal???

Remember, if you get a dog you will have to look after it well - proper food and exercise is very important. I hope you and your dog have many happy years together.
