I have been reading through all your comments and it is becoming clear just how much this tradition meant to so many of you. I am honestly just a student trying to get things back to normal but your stories are the ones keeping me motivated to keep asking questions.

I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by the way people have rallied around this. It feels like this is truly happening because so many of you care about bringing the tradition back.

Having an overall winner is an important part of spirit week, please reconsider and bring it back .
School is supposed to be fun but they keep taking everything away from us! Why bother even dressing up now? Please change this back asap.
I think we should have an overall winner because its dumb to have individual winners for the categories then whats the point of the pep rally? What the point for points and the glory of winning spirit week. #bringbackoverallwinner
I think it's a fun tradition and that last years seniors ruined it for the rest of us.
SGA is terrible! How could they do such a thing! Our school is going to ruin! We need winners and losers or else!
Bring back the "spirt" in spirt week.

this is straight up lame. if we dont have an overall winner then the whole week is pointless and nobody is gonna try as hard. bring it back.
