I've been had. RoseGal took my money last year and still I have not received anything. I cant even email them as it says my order number is invalid. They should not be able to operate, please stop them.

This company is a HUGE scam. Their items are never as advertised and they have sneaky billing practices. Good luck getting ANY customer service! Also you end up paying an extra $50 charge for delivery once your items have arrived.

I to ordered two Shirts for myself and they were so small I couldn't get my arms in. I asked for a XL and received a XS. Twice this happened.

They will not take a coat back that doesn't fit properly they will not debit my sons credit card back this was a Christmas present from a very hard working young man I am just sick!

I ordered from Dress Lilly (same thing) and I can kiss my money goodbye. the clothes look nothing like the picture, they don't fit and are terrible quality, and hey don't have a phone number to contact, and wont credit me or give me address to ship it back, AND I still haven't received 1/2 of my order

Horrible. Haven't recieved my ONE item in over a month, and judging from what I have read, it probably won't be worth it. Also they will not email me back, and no one is answering the phone. Scam.

I ordered a blouse as an xmas present for my sister. first of all, it looked like random pieces of felt sewed together by my six year old. thread was falling from the shoulders and it was just unsightly overall. my husband even laughed when i took it out of the packaging saying that it looked unfinished and that it was accidentally mailed before the final steps of production. at this point, they want me to take a picture of the problems and i guess they'll decide if my concerns are legit. i'm usually far more vigilant about product reviews, but considering my tight xmas shopping schedule, I didn't do my homework. i will definitely not be purchasing anything from this company that produces piece of crap clothing.

Firstly, know this page to be a scam through the firsthand experience of a very close friend.
Secondly, these companies use child labor/slaves to produce their clothing.
These companies need to be shut down before one more consumer is defrauded.

Rosegal steals images from real designers, sends cheap knockoffs (when you do receive product) and zero customer service when attempting to return their shoddy product.
