DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ROSEGAL: Their clothes are disgusting. A 5 year old could sew better than they do. The clothes are VERY badly made. Threads are loose and style not the same as shown. They send you an incomplete order with missing items and wrong sizes (a pair of shoes marked size 39 but are much smaller). They know how hard it is for us to get our money back from Paypal once we complain as they have sent you some crappy item to begin with. It's a scam. They don't want to rectify the situation. You can't send items back as it costs you more than the rubbish is worth. I buy a lot online and have done so for many years, and this is the worst experience I have ever had.. Do yourself a favour - DON"T spend a cent! #rosegal #scam #ripoff #crapless
Tip for consumers: They deserve ZERO stars - but unfortunately not an option for that. Clothes are worse than cleaning rags.

Scam. They need to be shut down. Asked for my drivers license and credit card. picture to be sent to them!!! Ummm I dont think so. Thank God I went through PayPal!!!

I too have been scammed, the items I ordered were XS when I ordered XL, I paid for expedited delivery didn't happen, and items were missing and they would not send me a refund, I could only get store credit (which is not acceptable) Please stop these companies from ripping of more people

Shut them down!! Pure scam! They take pictures from other websites so when you order you get what they tried to re create from the picture. It ends up being extremely cheap, poorly made, wrong fitting CRAP!

They scammed me for $75 and never sent my step daughters winter formal dress that was order 3 months in advance. They sent me horrible cursing messages saying "F u thank you for donation". They NEED to be shut down along with thier affiliates!

Order took forever, when I finally did get it the order was incomplete so um currently still waiting on the last item. Also the sizes are not accurate and it is poorly made. Not a happy customer they should be removed from Facebook and other things so other people don't waste their money.

Aweful quality. Very poor stitching. Looks nothing like the photos. Sizing is a joke, These clothes are seemingly meant to fit a child!

Got taken for $225.00. All of the items were tiny. No customer service involved since they do not speak english. Clothes were also chemically treated. Horrible experience.

Really really disappointed and actually pissed off with this company!! I ordered clothes and 3 items were ridiculously badly made. I'm sorry to say this, but what is said about little children working in factories.... that's how it felt! I sent practically everything back, got 34,72€ back but I had to pay for the shipping that cost me 25€!!!!! Since I asked for a refund back for this, NO ONE has answered me back! 2 messages has been completely ignored!! it was NOT ME making a mistake in my order, it was NOT ME changing my mind!! I received items that were not what I ordered, I'm NOT in fault here, the company is. FUCKING JOKE!!!!
