If you paid for items thrust PayPal...file a complaint thru them. Rosegal HAS to respond if they use PayPal....and they will. That's the ONLY way I was able to have a dialogue with them. Might get my money back for items never received.

Thankfully I checked into the company before placing an order... I'm so glad for all of those reviews. I'm sorry for what happened to all of you but you saved me from that fate. Thank you... Shut this mother * down.

I ordered a swim suit. Never got it. Been sending complaints every few days, they. Blow me off. Not to mention they charge me an additional fee. When I question it. They didn't answer

I ordered and paid via PayPal through their checkout system, after all it's a payment method right?. This was then refunded within hours. When I asked why, the response was that they don't accept PayPal, but I am welcome to pay by 'western union'...? We all know about western union.

The photos of the clothes look beautiful. You order but when they are received the fabric and construction are very poor. I wasn't expecting top quality as they are inexpensive but the sizing is deceptive and the quality is poor. One of their sites does say they use "Asian" sizing. Return the items? Sure to Taiwan, Hong Kong, ....

I have just been scammed and am in dispute of trying to send these awful, too small clothing items to their returns department and get a refund. However they denied my refund request and will not give me the address to their returns department!

I ordered something in June 2015 and I didn't receive my order . Ident and email and I didn't hear back from them I called and I never got anyone on the other end never again this sight is horrible !
