Oldham council what a disgrace! It's your error not this little boys. Put it right and get him in the school of his choice.

This should of been well over a month ago. Someone on the council needs to take responsibility and get Rory in the school he should be in.

This is outrageous. Imagine the shoe was on the other foot & the parents weren’t sending him to school!!! Disgusting!

I don't know Rory personally but I feel compelled to show my support by signing this petition. Denying an education because of a clerical error is unforgivable. Shame on you Oldham Council.

What a joke.

Disgusting how a local boy to this school has to go though this distress at his age. Get this sorted Oldham council and give this family a chance at what they deserve. Basic rights to education and development at an early age is paramount as you are well aware. Bet this would have not happened to one of there children, it's wrong on all levels.

All of Rory’s family attend this school and I cannot see any logical reason why he can’t have a place especially as his mum applied early enough and much sooner than some children’s parents who have since been allocated with a place!

This is absolutely atrocious that this is still happening in 2018 - the kid deserves an education
