This story is unbelievable as this little boy is a local boy who should have a place in the same school has his subling how peolpe expect parents to be at different schools at the same time is untrue this boy is missing out on his education and he needs to be in a routine with his friends and also his family

The way Oldham Education department have behaved over this is disgraceful.

This amazing little boy is missing out on some very important yrs of schooling this is wrong in so many ways

Can't believe this is happening to this little boy he needs to be in school

Oldham council should correct the error they made and Rory the place that he is entitled to. The application was sent at the same time as his siblings, with receipts to prove it. How can his younger sister have been accepted into the school and Rory who had attended the year before be denied a place. This is having a detrimental impact on Rory and the wider family. Rejection at the age of 5 will remain with him forever. Shame on Oldham council, take responsibility and put this error right

Oldham council should be ashamed of themselves

If this was the other way around and the boy was taken out of school for a holiday then his family would be fined so get this sorted.

Get Rory a place in school. He deserves the opportunity to learn x
