Get this little boy back in the school the family want.

Every child in this day and age is entitled to education. Why has this boy been forgotten? His mother has done everything that she should and can. The local government now need to take responsibility.

This poor boy is desperate to go to the school he knows so well. His friends are there. Shame that the council made a mistake with a “technical” error but at the end of the day it’s a 5 year olds education that’s suffering.

This family followed the rules for access and now their child is denied schooling which is impacting his social and emotional well-being. The financial hardship is also a problem that this family is facing with no response from council.

It’s absolutely outrageous what Dham council are doing to this child and his family.

Im disgusted at how long this lady as had to wait to get her son in school when she filled in all the forms well before the due date.

Good luck in placing Rory in the education system , something he has the right to have! No parent should have to fight for this , disgusting Oldham council !!

councils need to sort themselves out I had to home school my daughter for a whole term because my local council wouldnt place her.
