He is absolutely awful with his comments on the features of some of the cyclists calling them names like "Desperate Dan etc"

Kirby will never be removed as any cycling fan who has suffered so long from having to listen to his pathetic irritating personality will know Eurosport must value his commentary Never came across any sport commentator that is so poor and who absolutely loves himself and just doesn’t care who he bores to tears and bluffs his way through a race He is there to stay it seems

Inane burbling. Too much reminising about pre-internet ideas and news. Borderline rude comments about some cyclists while singing praises about UK and Australian cyclists. Time to retire. Hire someone younger please

Totally agree. There should be a petition to replace with Matt Stephen’s, Ned boulting, David millar or Dan Lloyd even.

I want commentary not the banal self indulgent weak jokes he makes then laughs at.
His strange repetative obsession with roundabouts is annoying. I find I have to turn the sound off to give myself a break. I have watched for many years & tried to tolerate his commentary but it continues to reduce my enjoyment considerably.
