I really never thought this would reach so many people. Seeing how many students feel the same way about our lunch hour has been completely overwhelming in the best way possible. This whole thing is happening because of you.

I don't even go here, but I have a few words to say: We are herded around by bells all day. We have no freedom. Every decision we make- our clothes, our classes, and even when we go to the bathroom- is made for us. In no way does highschool prepare us for adulthood like it is supposed to. We are more mature than you think, so stop treating us like little children. Give these students the right to sit where they want. I promise it won't kill you.
I do not think anyone should have to be told where to sit and eat the food they paid for
We shouldn't have to sit with people we don't like or if we do like them we don't want to sit with the everyday we should be allowed to sit with purchase other friends

I disagree with assigned tables because lunch time is basically the only free time you get from school
