Please sign this petition if you are determined to see Rangers FC play in the English Football League. ' It is a breach of European competition law to deny Scottish clubs, not just Rangers, the right to play in England. Once we have enough signatures i will present this to the club, maybe even Charles Green himself, or even the British Government. Together we can do this. We are the people!!
