I honestly cannot believe how fast this is moving and seeing everyone jump on board really makes me think we might actually get someone to listen for once. It is all kind of a blur right now but knowing people care about Brad as much as I do makes the late nights staring at my phone totally worth it.

He may throw go cups out the window now and then but other than that he's a good kid. I vote pardon.
He didn't hack anything. He made some prank phone calls. Plus if you listen to the show the sponsors are the ones responsible. Judge was clearly pranked at one point in his life and biased.
The selfish part of me doesn't want Brad to get pardoned because he is making a lot more shows now that he's on probation and has to pay off that huge fine. But think about that unintended consequence for a moment, after all the whole point of the trial was to deter him from doing more pranks right? Now he is doing far more pranks than ever, and if it is truly in the best interest of society to curb this antisocial behavior, then the only rational decision is to pardon Brad. Rob him of the notoriety his conviction has granted him, remove the fine & home detention which practically compel him to constantly prank people just to get by, then Brad will have no choice but to get a real job and become an upstanding productive member of society. Pardon Brad and everyone wins, except losers like me who listen to his stupid shows.

Brad Carter is a true patriot who had the proverbial book thrown at him by a judge, who does not understand the concept of humor. This man has brought the word cactus into the daily lexicon of a significant amount of Americans and that in itself should warrant a pardon.
