Officer Caswell has been reassigned. Which is not fair to the students at all. He’s one of a the best officers, he’s helped all out everyone if not once then twice! He cares about us, he takes time to build relationships with us, something other officers don’t do. He’s positively impacted all of our lives. This petition will be sent to Dr. McCarthy and the Chesterfield Police Station so they realize how much we need Officer Caswell. We don’t need a rookie who won’t care about us, we need Officer Caswell who’s been a leader to everyone of us! #GetCasBack!
